This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for canceling orders and requesting refunds for services provided by WebSolve. This policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Cancellation by Client
- Website Development Services: Given the customized nature of our website development services, cancellations must be made in writing (via email to support@websolve.co.in) as early as possible. The following terms apply:
- If cancellation is requested before any work has commenced: A full refund, minus a 10% processing fee, will be issued.
- If cancellation is requested after work has commenced but before the first draft is delivered: A partial refund, calculated based on the amount of work completed, will be issued. This amount will be determined at the sole discretion of WebSolve, but will not exceed 50% of the total project cost.
- If cancellation is requested after the first draft has been delivered: No refund will be issued.
- Other Services: The cancellation policy for other services (if any) will be specified in the individual service agreement or proposal.
2. Cancellation by WebSolve
- WebSolve reserves the right to cancel an order or terminate services in the following circumstances:
- If the client fails to provide the necessary information or materials required to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe (as determined by WebSolve).
- If the client breaches any terms of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the “Handling of Illegal Content” clause.
- If the client’s conduct is disruptive, unreasonable, or makes it difficult for WebSolve to provide the agreed-upon services.
- Due to technical difficulties or circumstances beyond our control.
- In the event of cancellation by WebSolve, the following terms apply:
- If cancellation is due to the client’s breach, no refund will be issued.
- If cancellation is due to technical difficulties on WebSolve’s end, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances, at the sole discretion of WebSolve.
3. Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email to support@websolve.co.in) within 7 days of the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be processed using direct bank transfer or UPI provided by the user within the next 7 business days.
- WebSolve is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by the client’s bank or payment provider.
- No refunds will be provided for completed projects or services that have been delivered and accepted by the client, except in cases where the services are proven to be grossly defective and the defect cannot be remedied.
4. Modifications
- WebSolve reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other official channels.
